Mountain spearmint — نعناع جبلي — grows around Siwa's ancient springs, fed by the same underground aquifers that have sustained the oasis for millennia. Siwa spearmint develops a distinctly more complex aromatic profile than commercially farmed mint: intensely mentholic, slightly floral, with a clean finish that lingers. Our spearmint is hand-harvested at peak flowering, then slow-dried on raised racks in Siwa's clean desert air to lock in every volatile oil. Brew 1 tablespoon per cup as a hot tea — a traditional Egyptian remedy for digestion and stress. Also exceptional in salads, lamb dishes, and cold drinks. Each batch is dried to below 8% moisture and sealed with a silica gel desiccant for long shelf life.
