Est. Siwa Oasis
Three Thousand
Years of Siwa.
"We believe the finest things on earth grow slowly, without interference. Siwa Reserve exists to bring that conviction to your table."
Siwa Reserve is a premium Egyptian food brand sourcing exclusively from the Siwa Oasis in Egypt's Western Desert. We work directly with harvesters, apply no industrial processing, and use no artificial preservatives. Our packaging is designed to protect the product — not disguise it.

The Harvest
Hands on Every Branch
Everything we sell is handpicked. Mechanical harvesting crushes olives and destroys herbs. We don't do it. Every product you receive was selected by someone who knows what good looks, smells, and feels like.
Our olives are cured in natural salt and vinegar brine. Our hibiscus and molokhia are sun-dried in Siwa's clean desert air. Our spearmint is wild-harvested from natural springs. No heat tunnels, no sulphur dioxide, no chemical accelerants.
History
The Siwa Timeline
~3,000 BC
The Oasis is Born
The Siwa Oasis forms in the Western Desert, fed by artesian wells and sheltered by limestone ridges. Ancient Egyptians call it 'the land of the palm and the olive'.
331 BC
Alexander Visits Siwa
Alexander the Great crosses the Sahara to consult the Oracle of Amun at Siwa. He is received by the oasis' ancient olive groves — the same cultivars whose descendants we harvest today.
Medieval Era
The Siwan Trade Route
Siwa becomes a key stop on trans-Saharan caravan routes. Olive oil, hibiscus, and dried herbs from Siwa are traded as far as the Mediterranean coast.
Today
Siwa Reserve is Founded
We build a direct bridge between Siwa's ancient harvest and modern consumers who refuse to compromise on quality. No middlemen. No factories. Just the oasis.
